HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose a room code and add your team: director, cameras and crew.
2. Press ACTIVATE EVENT. Each person automatically gets their own 4-digit PIN — no manual role selection anywhere.
3. Send each PIN privately to its owner (WhatsApp, email, QR code…). Never post PINs in a public channel.
4. The team signs in at tallycomm.com/login with the room code + their PIN. Their role (director / camera / crew) is detected automatically.
5. Optional: if you use a professional switcher (ATEM, vMix, OBS, RGBlink) with TallyBridge or Bitfocus Companion, you will also see an API Key on the next screen to drive tally from your switcher or streaming software.
